She stocks comfort reads, keeps a basket of blankets by the reading nook, and always has a kettle on. She adopted a three-legged ginger cat named Marmalade who greets every customer. She knows what it feels like to be invisible and has made it her quiet mission to make sure no one who walks through her door ever feels that way.
